Sundance Saloon Sweethearts' Ball & Underwear Party
Sunday, February 15: 5:00 - 10:30 pm
Sundance Saloon. Special Event admission: $8.
Our yearly Sweethears' Ball is on Sunday, February 15. We'll decorate Sundance Saloon in true Valentines Day fashion. And, we’ll see the return of the enormously popular Underwear Party!
Yes, we'll have special free coat check (clothes check?) for those of you who dare to dance in your underwear. There will plenty of hot bodies to keep the club warm. Note that participation in the underwear night is totally optional.
If you’re a little shy but still want to participate, consider long underwear, or boxer shorts and a T-shirt. This night is meant to be a fun (and even a little silly) so please dress however you feel comfortable. We’ll have a great night of music and dance, so please come and enjoy yourself. And don't get a chill!
Special event admission $8. Sorry, no passes on this night.
Don't want to have to choose between the Academy Awards and dancing? Now you don't have to! Sundance Saloon presents the Academy Awards in its full glory on Sunday, February 22, beginning at 5:00 pm.
Watch the Oscars on our big screen with your Sundance friends in the Cocoa Room, and dance to your heart's content in the Main Room. We'll have lessons as usual in the Main Room from 5:30 to 7:15. Regular Sunday admission $5.
Be a star! Have your photo taken at Sundance Saloon for our publicity throughout the year. In preparation for our 17th anniversary resident photographer Troy Dean Wardlow will be shooting photos throughout the night up in the Red Room. Please bring your cowboy hat to wear in the photo, or to lend to others to wear!
Sundance Saloon now has a blog! We'll post articlescovering a range of topics to give a more in-depth and personal look at Sundance Saloon, including Sundance news and events, music, and dancing. And we'd love to have submissions from you too! What does Sundance mean to you? How has Sundance made a difference in your life? E-mail blog@sundancesaloon with your ideas.

Did you know that Sundance Saloon is run entirely by volunteers? The managers, front door and coat-check staff, set-up crew, instructors, and DJs all donate their time to create this unique institution. It is the cumulative effort of dozens of volunteers that keep Sundance Saloon thriving and make it such a special place.
We are continuing to recruit new volunteers for the front door and coat-check, especially those who can commit to serving one hour a month on Sundays. If you can help us out, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
