Cruise Raffle Supports the Sundance Stompede
Win a cabin on RSVP’s Caribbean cruise, sailing February 9-16, 2019 on Holland America's brand new Nieuw Statendam. The cabin is an Oceanview Stateroom for two valued at $3038. The cruise sails from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and visits Half Moon Cay (Bahamas), Georgetown (Grand Cayman), Cozumel (Mexico), and Key West, with all of RSVP's renowned activities and entertainment, including country-western dancing provided by Sundance Saloon!
Raffle tickets are $5 each, or five for $20, available at Sundance Saloon or by mail. Drawing to be held November 2 at the Sundance Stompede Hoedown 2019 dance. Winner need not be present to win. Proceeds benefit the beneficiaries of the Sundance Stompede: PRC, Larkin Street Youth Services, and The Sundance Association for Country-Western Dancing.
Mail order entry
Submit raffle entry form with a self-addressed stamped envelope and and payment to The Sundance Association, 2261 Market Street, PMB 225, San Francisco, CA 94114 by October 15, 2019. Minimum purchase by mail order is $20. Your numbered ticket receipts will be mailed to you after your check or credit card is processed. Please allow 4 weeks. All entries received before the deadline will be entered into the drawing whether or not stubs have been mailed.
The fine print:
Single raffle tickets at $5 each are available at Sundance Saloon, 550 Barneveld Ave., San Francisco, CA. The drawing will be held at the Sundance Stompede Hoedown 2019 dance, 1300 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA, on November 2, 2019. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will have 7 days to reply to notification of winning. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, he forfeits the prize and the prize will be issued to the alternate winner, subject to the same rules and restrictions. Entrant is responsible to maintain the correct contact information with the Sundance Association. Prize cabin includes payment of port taxes. Winner is responsible for airfare to and from the destination, ground transfers, gratuities ($110 pp), and other related travel expenses. Directors and officers of the Sundance Association, PRC, and Larkin Street Youth Services, are not eligible to enter.
